List of Prohibited Items for Civil Aviation Passengers to Carry and Check in with Others
1、 Firearms and other weapons (including main components)
Devices capable of firing ammunition (including projectiles and other items) and causing serious personal injury, or items that may be mistaken for such devices, mainly include:
(1) Military firearms, official firearms such as pistols, rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, riot guns;
(2) Civilian firearms, such as air guns, hunting guns, shooting sports guns, and anesthesia injection guns;
(3) Other firearms, such as prop guns, starting guns, ball guns, foreign firearms, and various illegally manufactured firearms;
(4) The counterfeit of the above-mentioned item.
2、 Explosive or combustible substances and devices
Explosive or incendiary devices (substances) that can cause serious personal injury or endanger aircraft safety, or items that may be mistaken for such devices (substances), mainly include:
(1) Ammunition, such as bombs, grenades, flares, incendiary bombs, smoke bombs, signal bombs, tear gas grenades, gas bombs, and bullets (lead bullets, empty bags, and coaching bullets);
(2) Explosive materials, such as explosives, detonators, fuses, detonators, fuses, detonating cords, and blasting agents;
(3) Fireworks and fireworks products, such as fireworks and firecrackers, tobacco cakes, yellow smoke, and firework bombs;
(4) The counterfeit of the above-mentioned item.
3、 Control equipment
Control devices that can cause personal injury or pose a significant threat to aviation safety and transportation order mainly include:
(1) Controlled knives, such as daggers (single edged, double-edged, or multi edged knives with a handle, blade grid, and blood groove, and a tip angle of less than 60 degrees), triangular scrapers (mechanical processing tools with three blades), spring knives or jumping knives with self-locking devices (folding knives that can be fixed and self-locked by springs or locks inside the handle after the blade is unfolded or ejected), other similar single edged, double-edged, and multi edged knives (various types of single edged, double-edged, and multi edged knives with a tip angle of less than 60 degrees and a blade length exceeding 150 millimeters), and other types of single edged, double-edged, and multi edged knives with a tip angle greater than 60 degrees and a blade length exceeding 220 millimeters;
(2) Military and police equipment, such as batons, police stuners, military or police knives, handcuffs, thumb cuffs, ankle shackles, tear gas sprayers;
(3) Other controlled instruments that are regulated by the state, such as crossbows.
4、 Dangerous goods
Dangerous goods that can cause personal injury or pose a significant threat to aviation safety and transportation order mainly include:
(1) Compressed gases and liquefied gases, such as hydrogen, methane, ethane, butane, natural gas, ethylene, propylene, acetylene (soluble in media), carbon monoxide, liquefied petroleum gas, Freon, oxygen, carbon dioxide, water gas, lighter fuel, and liquefied gases for lighters;
(2) Spontaneous combustion materials, such as yellow phosphorus, white phosphorus, nitrocellulose (including film), oil paper and its products;
(3) Flammable materials that come into contact with moisture, such as potassium, sodium, lithium, calcium carbide (calcium carbide), magnesium aluminum powder;
(4) Flammable liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, benzene, ethanol (alcohol), acetone, ether, paint, thinner, rosin oil, and products containing flammable solvents;
(5) Flammable solids such as red phosphorus, glitter powder, solid alcohol, celluloid, and foaming agents;
(6) Oxidants and organic peroxides, such as potassium permanganate, potassium chlorate, sodium peroxide, potassium peroxide, lead peroxide, peracetic acid, and hydrogen peroxide;
(7) Toxic substances, such as cyanide, arsenic, highly toxic pesticides and other highly toxic chemicals;
(8) Corrosive substances such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, mercury (mercury);
(9) Radioactive materials, such as radioactive isotopes.
5、 Other items
Other items that can cause personal injury or pose a significant threat to aviation safety and transportation order mainly include:
(1) Pathogens of infectious diseases, such as hepatitis B virus, anthrax bacillus, tuberculosis bacillus, AIDS virus;
(2) Spark (including various ignition devices), such as lighters, matches, cigarette lighters, magnesium rods (flint);
(3) Power banks and lithium batteries with a rated energy exceeding 160Wh (lithium batteries for electric wheelchairs are subject to separate regulations);
(4) Alcoholic beverages with an alcohol volume percentage greater than 70%;
(5) Items with strong magnetic properties, strong irritant odors, or items that can easily cause panic among passengers, as well as items that cannot be identified as potentially dangerous.
6、 Other prohibited items for transportation as stipulated by national laws, administrative regulations, and rules.
