List of restricted carry on or checked in items for civil aviation passengers
1、 Items that are prohibited from being carried with you but can be checked in as luggage
（1） Sharp tools
This type of item has sharp edges or sharp tips, is made of metal or other materials, and is strong enough to cause serious personal injury. It mainly includes:
1. Daily knives (blade length greater than 6 centimeters), such as kitchen knives, fruit knives, scissors, art knives, and paper cutting knives;
2. Professional cutting tools (blade length not limited), such as surgical knives, slaughter knives, carving knives, planers, milling cutters;
3. Knives, spears, swords, halberds, etc. used for martial arts performances.
（2） Blunt object
This type of item does not have sharp edges or sharp tips, and is made of metal or other materials with sufficient strength to cause serious personal injury. It mainly includes:
Sticks (including telescopic sticks, nunchucks), ball clubs, table tennis clubs, cricket rackets, hockey sticks, golf clubs, hiking sticks, ski poles, copper finger cots (hand nails);
（3） Other
Other items that can cause personal injury or pose a significant threat to aviation safety and transportation order mainly include:
1. Tools such as drilling rigs (including drill bits), chisels, cones, saws, bolt guns, nail guns, screwdrivers, pry bars, hammers, pliers, welding guns, wrenches, axes, short handled hatchets (flat axes), vernier calipers, ice axes, and ice cones;
2. Other articles, such as darts, slingshots, bows, arrows, buzzer self-defense devices, and electric shock devices, Mace gas, tear gas, pepper spray, acid spray, and animal repelling spray that are not under the control of the state.
2、 Items with restricted conditions that can be carried with you or checked in as luggage
（1） Items with limited conditions for carrying with you but can be checked in as luggage
When passengers take international or regional flights, liquid items should be stored in a single container with a capacity of no more than 100mL and carried with them. At the same time, the container containing liquid items should be placed in a transparent plastic bag with a maximum capacity of no more than 1L and can be resealed. Each passenger is only allowed to carry one transparent plastic bag at a time, and any excess should be checked in as luggage;
When passengers take domestic flights, it is prohibited to carry liquid items with them (except for cosmetics, toothpaste, and shaving cream used for personal use during air travel). Cosmetics for personal use during air travel must meet three conditions at the same time (one piece of each type, stored in a container with a capacity of no more than 100mL, and undergo bottle opening inspection) before they can be carried with you. Toothpaste and shaving cream are limited to one piece of each type and must not exceed 100g (mL). When passengers transfer from international or regional flights to domestic flights within the same airport control area, the duty-free liquid items they bring into the country must meet three conditions simultaneously (presenting a shopping voucher, placing them in a sealed and intact transparent plastic bag, and confirming through security checks) before they can carry them with them. If they leave the airport control area during the transfer to domestic flights, they must check in the duty-free liquid items they bring into the country as luggage;
3. Liquid dairy products necessary for infants during air travel, liquid drugs necessary for patients with diabetes or other diseases during air travel can only be carried with them after safety inspection;
4. Passengers can carry liquid items purchased or obtained within the airport control area or aircraft with them before leaving the airport control area.
（2） Items and alcoholic beverages that are prohibited from being carried with you but have certain restrictions when checked in as luggage are also prohibited from being carried with you. The following restrictions apply when checked in as luggage:
1. The labeling should be comprehensive and clear, and placed inside the retail packaging. The capacity of each container should not exceed 5L;
2. When the volume percentage of alcohol is less than or equal to 24%, there is no limit to the number of shipments;
When the volume percentage of alcohol content is greater than 24% and less than or equal to 70%, the checked in quantity per passenger shall not exceed 5L.
（3） Items such as power banks and lithium batteries that are prohibited from being checked in as luggage and have limited conditions for carrying them with you are also prohibited from being checked in as luggage. The following restrictions apply when carrying them with you (lithium batteries for electric wheelchairs are subject to separate regulations):
1. The identification is comprehensive and clear, with a rated energy of less than or equal to 100Wh;
When the rated energy is greater than 100Wh and less than or equal to 160Wh, it must be approved by the airline and each person is limited to carrying two pieces.
3、 Other restricted items for transportation as stipulated by national laws, administrative regulations, and rules.
